The tour

This wonderful hike begins in the locality of Bellwald itself, with its authentic unspoilt village centre, and takes you through the hamlets of Bellwald and on through lush meadows to Ried. From Ried the trail leads past well preserved cultivated landscapes, down to Egga. A pretty path then takes you to the hamlet of Bodma, with the Rhone and Fieschertal valleys always in sight. After that, it’s a relatively steep ascent along the old mule track back to Bellwald.

Alternative Route
