Cattle Drinking Trough

The cattle drinking trough above the Alp Nessel was built in the traditional technique of the Suonen construction. Here stones are attached with overgrown soil chunk, the so-called "Wäschini". By using the "Wäschini" the erosion is avoided, since the roots of the plants fix the soil.
